At 2 acres, with just 7 pegs along one bank, this is can be a challenging water to fish. Often crystal clear, the lake can be weedy during the warmer months meaning this lake is suited to more experienced carp anglers.
A maximum of 5 anglers are allowed at any one time.
The lake has a stock of around 120 carp with a current lake record standing at 34lb 15oz. At least half of the lake stock is over 20lbs, and subject to time of year there are at least 6 thirties to target.
Priority is given to 24 hour tickets, but there can be midweek day and overnight tickets available at times. Exclusive lake bookings are welcome.

- Anglers may use 3 rods.
- Maximum hook size 4. Microbarbs are allowed on this lake as it can be weedy.
- Minimum line strength 15lbs.
- 42″ minimum landing net, large padded mat and rigid frame weigh sling required.
- Bait boat use allowed.
- Accompanied under 16s may fish this lake only by prior arrangement and subject to experience and behaviour.
